Chaos including the desecration of the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/bible" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bible</a> erupted on the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/police-open-investigation-after-nude-photos-videos-of-uw-women-volleyball-players-are-leaked-online" target="_blank" rel="noopener">University of Wisconsin</a> campus Monday, when protesters tried to shut down a coming <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WaL2n5s2gUU&amp;feature=youtu.be" target="_blank" rel="noopener">speech</a> from Daily Wire host and author <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/author/matt-walsh" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Matt Walsh</a>.
UW&#8217;s <a href="https://www.yaf.org" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Young America’s Foundation</a> (YAF) chapter is hosting Walsh&#8217;s <a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/wisconsin-yaf-hosts-matt-walsh-what-is-a-woman-tickets-428046948947">sold out</a> speech, which includes a screening of his documentary challenging radical gender theory “<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/videos/what-is-a-woman-official-trailer" target="_blank" rel="noopener">What Is A Woman?</a>” and a question-and-answer session.
Multiple protesters of Walsh are seen on YAF video tearing out pages of the Bible, with at least one male eating the pages. &#8220;Protesters have now shredded the Bible and one began eating pages,&#8221; the conservative group captioned the footage.

Despite threats and intimidation from protesters, YAF and Walsh are not backing down from the event &#8212; and Walsh has personally responded to his detractors&#8217; antics.
&#8220;Well, you can be on the side that eats the Bible and castrates children, or you can be on literally any side but that one. Your choice, America,&#8221; the host asserted.

Another Walsh protester denounced &#8220;white people&#8221; for being &#8220;f***ing racist.&#8221; It&#8217;s unclear why &#8220;white people&#8221; were attacked in relation to Walsh&#8217;s speech.
&#8220;White people stop being f***ing racist, all of you,&#8221; the woman shouted. &#8220;White people&#8230; you need to realize the space you take up and you need to realize how hard it is every single f***ing day for bipoc (black, Indigenous, and people of color) people especially at this institute.&#8221;

Other protesters vandalized a campus building dedicated to veterans, writing, &#8220;Trans women are women &#8211; F*** Matt Walsh and YAF.&#8221; 
“Today we saw an absolutely inexcusable act of vandalism on our most beloved campus building, which is dedicated to veterans, ahead of [Matt Walsh’s] visit,” the university’s YAF chapter posted, captioning photos of the damage, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/wisconsin-college-campus-vandalized-ahead-of-matt-walshs-speech" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Daily Wire</a> reported.

Moreover, Dean of Students Christina Olstad and Gabe Javier, an associate vice chancellor, put out a statement on social media over the weekend offering their support to transgender students ahead of the event.
“To the trans members of our UW-Madison community, we see you and we value you,” they <a class="gnt_ar_b_a" href="https://twitter.com/WisconsinYAF/status/1584349303145115648" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-t-l=":b|e|inline click|${u}">wrote</a>. “We will continue to do our part to make this campus more welcoming and inclusive regardless of what speakers may counter this value.”
